For employers, the grant makes best-practice wellness programming available with no investment required by the employer. The program includes an onsite program kickoff/launch meeting for employees, Health Risk Assessments for employees and spouses, basic biometric data collection, a follow-up meeting with a certified health coach, monthly lunch & learn seminars, annual ROI reporting, and the option to add additional intervention services (employee-paid). The grant is primarily focused on providing these services to small and mid-sized businesses, but larger employers are also welcome to participate.
